Exchange&Returns policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products within 15 days from the date of receipt of the items.

Please contact us before returning an item sending an e-mail to info@mungai.it  writing your name, the order number and the reason of the return. In case of flaw, please attach a picture of the flaw.

Items must be returned in their original condition, not used, in their packaging and with all the labels attached, to the following address:  MUNGAI – Via Bengasi 10 – 51100 Pistoia (Italy).

Shipping costs (and any customs charges, if any) for returning the goods are charged to the customer.

Damaged or incomplete items will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at his expenses.

Packages returned without necessary return information will be sent back to the customer at his expenses.

Refund times and method: after the seller has received your return and checked that all the above requirements have been met, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of acceptance of the return and MUNGAI will proceed with the full refund, within fourteen (14) days from the day of receipt of the goods by the same payment way you have used to purchase the items

Return is NOT applicable in case of customized items that are not in catalogue, and in case of items with initials.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVEWRONG ITEMS

In case of defects and / or non-conformities, the customer will have the right to restore the conformity of the product, by repair or replacement, or to alternative remedies in the cases expressly provided for by art. 130 of Legislative Decree n. 206/2005.

The procedure to follow is the same mentioned above for the return.

The expenses are charged to the seller.

The customer must use the courier indicated by the seller by placing the waybill on the package, after printing it, which will be sent by email.

It is important to note that:

a) MUNGAI articles are made with an artisanal and non-industrial process and that small imperfections in the fabric or embroidery constitute intrinsic characteristics in the product itself and not defects and therefore will not be accepted as defective products that present only these imperfections.

b) the colors may be different from those displayed on the device being used. This depends on several technical factors.

c)The measures of the handkerchiefs may have small variations with respect to the declared size and this is due to the processing carried out entirely by hand.
