The offer and sale of products on our website shop.munagi.it are governed by the current Terms and Conditions of use.

MUNGAI sells products on shop.mungai.it  and practices its own e-commerce activity directed exclusively toward the final consumer. The “final consumer” is any individual who makes purchases for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity eventually performed.

Orders

By validating the order online, the client accepts unconditionally and agrees to engage with www.mungai.itcurrent terms and conditions of use. If the customer does not agree with the terms specified in the terms and conditions of use, we ask the customer not to place orders on www.mungai.it. By placing an order withwww.mungai.it, the client confirms to know and accept our terms and conditions without reservation.

Price

The prices of our products are indicated in Euros, all inclusive of tax, excluding processing fees and shipping.

For all products shipped outside of the European Union, the price will be calculated excluding taxes automatically on the invoice. Customs duties, local taxes, import duties or state taxes may be charged.

shop.mungai.itis not responsible for paying these taxes and fees. Instead, they are the client’s responsibility, both in terms of declaration and payment to the authorities and powers within the client’s country.

Availability

Product availability is based on the amount of available stock. The system will not allow the customer to add unavailable items or quantities to the cart.

If a product becomes unavailable after confirmation of the customer’s order MUNGAI will take 5 working days to produce and ship it

We will make every effort to keep the customer informed by email or phone as soon as possible. When a product is no longer available on shop.mungai.it, customers won’t be able to add the item to the cart.

Delivery

Items will be sent to the delivery address indicated during the time of purchase.

Shipping fees are calculated automatically, just after you have finalized your order. They will appear in the amount you must pay. The amount depends on the products ordered, delivery area and the selected service.

When sending a package, we will send an email with the tracking number. You can follow your order from dispatch until arrival on the website of the delivery service by indicating the tracking number. Customs and other fees incurred in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
